The Sound of Science

With apologies to Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel

The sound of science

Hello needle my old friend
You’ve come to jab in me again
You bring diseases slowly creeping
Through my veins when I am sleeping
The infections that you planted in my brain
Still remain
Within the sound of ‘science’

Through restless nights I sweat alone
Soaking sheets, chilled to the bone
By the cold light of a bedside lamp
I rest my head upon a pillow damp
Then my mind was stabbed by a migraine fast and tight
With fairy lights
That torched the sound of ‘science’

And on the internet I saw
Ten thousand people maybe more
People telling of reactions
People dying, people fractured
People writing blogs, that Google never shared
And no one dared
Question the sound of ‘science’.

Fools said I, you do not know
Science is all money now
You won’t hear me, I can’t teach you
You’re too far away to reach you
All I say, like tinfoil hats proclaim
Just fades out in the world of ‘science’

And the people bowed and prayed
To the Covid god they made
And the needle had no warning
Of the harm that it was causing
And the insert had nothing to tell us of the coming harm
Jabbed in your arm
In the name of Government ‘science’.

  1. The UK S COULD *SEED* areas where they expected Russian ebcampment te following nite, Not with bombs but with powerful LITTLE speakers that will, when triggered by remote fill the air with “The hills are alive with the sound of music” maybe morphing into ” the cries of Putin” and then cutti off tg with say the UKs have no desire tokill innocent drafted soldiers, so you giving them this warning before they destroy the tanks that are being used to kill UK women and children and that theyll happily esscort the survivors from the surro unding woods until the “crazyman” in Moscow declRes a full retreat and recognition of UK’s homeland sover
